Orders

At LABLINK all service operations are coordinated through our headquarters in Khartoum. When it comes to maintenance and technical support, we offer assistance through our authorized service partners. Generally our support services consists of the followings:

Delivery:

  • With an extensive range of products it is not possible to stock all items however, LABLINK works closely with all their suppliers to ensure a smooth supply of products to customers including non-stocked items and special orders. LABLINK ensures the following delivery lead times:

Stock items:

  • After successfully completing the order process, the stock items will be treated as “ex stock” items. Delivery takes between 2 days-1 week.

Non Stock Items:

  • The delivery of non-stock items takes between 2-8 weeks after the approval of the order, subject to manufacturer lead times and availability.
  • Items treated as non-stock will normally be delivered from 2  to 8 weeks of order acceptance, subject to manufacturer lead times and availability.
  • An order acknowledgement will be posted within 48 hours of order acceptance indicating anticipated delivery date.
  • All deviations to anticipated delivery date will be notified to the customer.

Special orders:

  • All items designated as “special order items” will be subject to variable delivery lead times.
  • Anticipated delivery date will be advised to customers when available.
